Return Policy

If you need to return for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service at 800-257-0632 Mon-Fri, 6:30am – 6:00pm PST and Sat 8am – 3pm PST. Customer service will answer all your concerns as well as provide you with a return authorization number.

We offer a 30-day return policy starting the day the buyer receives the item(s). Item(s) being return must be in brand new condition including all boxes, hardware, manuals and accessories. We will provide a pre-paid UPS return label only for item(s) received broken, defective, or incorrect due to data error and has not been used or assembled within the 30 day period. We are unable to reimburse anything paid outside our company if you do decide to return and pay on your own for return shipping. Items returned for reasons other than the ones stated will not be provided with a pre-paid UPS return label.

Return for Exchange:

Return for exchange may take 3-5 business days to process before shipment. If applicable, the customer must pay any price difference before an exchange can be processed.

Return for Refund:

Return for refund will be credited less any shipping charges incurred. Return for refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee except for when the following conditions apply:

  • We shipped the wrong merchandise.
  • The merchandise was damaged during shipping.
  • The merchandise is defective.

Shipping and Damage Claims:

If you received a damage shipment, please contact us immediately. We will report and file a claim with the shipper and proceed accordingly with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
